Katt Johnston, LMSW President of the ESMH Coalition, where she leads a growing network of professionals dedicated to bringing clarity and balance back to mental health conversations.

Vice President

Richard Blake, Ph.D Richard serves as Vice President of the Ethical Standards for Mental Health Coalition, where he is the chair of the research subgroup.

Secretary

Marci Volkman, LMFT, LPCC, serves as Secretary of the Ethical Standards for Mental Health Coalition. As a licensed therapist specializing in estrangement and reunification, her work focuses on complex family dynamics, fractured relationships, and the process of rebuilding connection. She brings a systemic perspective to the Coalition, with an emphasis on ethical practice, understanding relational patterns, and creating pathways toward repair and reconciliation when possible. ‍

Treasurer

Anita Kriger brings 30 years experience and leadership in financial planning. She serves as the treasurer of the Ethical Standards for Mental Health Coalition, where she serves on several committees to bring the goals forward

Ambassador

Nadira Schinazi, RDMS, MBA, PHD Candidate in conflict resolutions Nadira is a senior healthcare executive, conflict resolution scholar, and philanthropist with more than 24 years of experience serving local and international institutions across clinical care, executive leadership, and philanthropy. Her work now centers on health and wellness, international medicine, and the human impact of family conflict, with a particular emphasis on adult child estrangement and the forces that fracture and heal intergenerational relationships.

Schinazi serves as Vice President of the Raymond F. Schinazi & Family Foundation, overseeing all aspects of the foundation’s charitable giving where she directs donations toward education, the arts, science, religion, and scientific conferences and workshops in virology and antiviral research, as well as organizations that promote tolerance and diversity across different faiths and cultures. Increasingly, her philanthropic vision is shaped by her commitment to conflict resolution and adultchild estrangement, supporting initiatives that foster dialogue, healing, and resilience within families and communities.
